Tax Associate — Milan

Leading global tax practice is hiring a Tax Associate for its Milan office. The team advises on direct and indirect tax matters across corporate tax, M&A, private equity, energy, finance and real estate, with a particular strength in tax controversy work.

The role will focus on tax controversies and related advisory matters, supporting clients through dispute phases and interactions with tax authorities. You will work on complex matters, conduct tax risk analysis, handle advance rulings and contribute to cross-border and transactional tax planning.

• Degree in Law
• 5–6 years' post-qualification experience focused on tax controversies
• Practical experience managing disputes and interactions with the Italian tax authorities
• Skilled in tax risk analysis, advance rulings and insurance-related tax issues
• Excellent English (C1) and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
