Tax Associate — Tax (M&A, Capital Markets, Cross‑Border)

Experienced tax associate opportunity with a national practice seeking a 3rd–5th year attorney to work on transactional tax matters, including mergers & acquisitions, capital markets transactions and cross‑border deals. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices.

The team advises sophisticated corporate clients on tax structuring, documentation and cross‑border tax issues. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, parental leave and competitive pay (listed range applies and will vary by geography and experience).

• 3–5 years of tax practice experience, with exposure to M&A, capital markets and/or international/cross‑border transactions
• Strong technical tax drafting and structuring skills
• Excellent academic credentials; LL.M. in Tax preferred but not required
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent matters and maintain client relationships
