Tax Associate — Washington, D.C.

Seeking a mid-level tax attorney (4–7 years' experience) to join a busy Washington, D.C. tax practice focused on transactional tax-credit work. The role will advise sponsors, developers and investors on tax aspects of project development, tax equity transactions and tax-credit transfer matters.

Candidates with law firm experience or equivalent experience at a Big Four accounting firm will be considered. Strong academic credentials and demonstrated transactional tax experience are preferred.

This position requires regular in‑office presence and adherence to the employer's workplace policies.

• 4–7 years post-qualification experience in transactional tax matters
• Experience with tax credits, tax equity transactions and project development
• Law firm experience preferred; equivalent Big Four experience considered
• Excellent academic record and strong drafting/transactional skills
• Active bar admission or eligibility to be admitted in the relevant jurisdiction
