A leading law firm's Real Estate Finance & Capital Markets team is seeking a Team Attorney with at least six years of experience in commercial real estate finance. This is an alternative-track role designed for candidates who want to focus on doing sophisticated transactional work without the demands of a traditional partnership track; the position carries a reduced billable-hour requirement and minimal non-billable obligations.

The attorney will represent commercial real estate lenders and servicers in finance and capital markets transactions, with exposure to CMBS-industry work. Prior experience representing lenders and servicers in the CMBS space is helpful but not required.

The firm is looking for candidates with superior academic credentials, solid experience in real estate and/or real estate finance, and a strong drive to excel in a specialized transactional practice.
