Technology Transactions Associate — New York

We are seeking an associate to join a busy Technology Transactions team in New York. The role is open to candidates from law school class years 2020–2023 who have transactional experience with commercial technology agreements.

Typical work will focus on negotiating and drafting a range of commercial tech contracts, including data center agreements, supply and distribution arrangements, logistics contracts, and contract manufacturing agreements. The team advises corporate clients across technology-driven commercial matters.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Law school class years 2020–2023 (entry-level lateral associates)
• Experience drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial technology contracts (e.g., data center, supply, distribution, contract manufacturing)
• Strong transactional skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage client deliverables
• Admission to (or eligibility for) the New York bar preferred
