We are seeking multiple Associates to join a Tier 1 ranked Transactional Real Estate team, acting as a dedicated legal resource to a designated key client within a structured delivery model. The role is part of the delivery of asset management and investment work to existing clients, using innovative ways of working to drive value.

This position offers the unique opportunity to focus exclusively on one major client, enabling you to develop deep sector expertise and build strong client relationships, while benefiting from comprehensive support, training, and career development. The role can be office based or primarily home-based, with travel to the Manchester office at least twice per month, subject to experience. Additional attendance will be required initially for training with the team and occasional visits to other offices to meet with the client.

The wider team places a high emphasis on transactional expertise, bringing a commercial and business-oriented approach to a wide range of property matters. You will collaborate with the wider client account team, share best practice, drive process improvements, and maintain consistency of approach across lettings and property management matters.

Minimum of 3 years' PQE advising on transactional real estate matters in England and Wales
Ideally experience of working for institutional landlords
Dedication to the highest levels of client service, with strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ideally experience managing high-volume, fast-paced workloads in a client-facing role as part of a wider team following processes and utilising legal technology tools
Proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities, and developing practical, commercially focused solutions
