We are seeking an experienced litigator to join a Trial & Defense practice in Phoenix. The team handles a broad and demanding caseload, including catastrophic injury, bodily injury, premises liability, complex business and commercial litigation, bad faith and fraud, UM/UIM, class action and mass tort, and trucking and transportation matters.

In this role you will analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and provide coverage advice and recommendations to clients; conduct rigorous legal research and analysis and draft memoranda; prepare and review pleadings, briefs, discovery, and motions with supporting briefs and other correspondence; and attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required.

The ideal candidate is proactive, motivated, and organized, with strong litigation and trial experience and superior oral argument, research, and writing skills. You will have the opportunity to manage and prioritize multiple projects and resolve problems quickly in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Admission to the Arizona Bar
7+ years of litigation experience
