The role involves drafting motions and pleadings, managing discovery and investigations, attending court conferences, conducting legal research, and preparing dispositive and other substantive filings.

The position is offered on tracks for advancement (associate on a partnership trajectory) or as counsel with a more flexible schedule. Occasional remote work is permitted; candidates must reside near a California office and be able to attend in‑person court and team meetings as required.

Juris Doctor and active, good‑standing bar admission in California
Minimum 4 years of California wage & hour class action experience
Proven litigation skills: drafting motions/pleadings, managing discovery, and courtroom exposure
