Associate — Commercial Real Estate, London

An established London property team is seeking a commercial real estate associate with 2–5 years post-qualification experience. The group advises on a broad range of real estate matters across development, investment, planning, leasing, finance and disposals for corporate and private-wealth clients.

The role involves advising on acquisitions and disposals, lease negotiations for landlords and tenants, drafting and negotiating transactional documentation, conducting due diligence, and supporting wider department matters. The team uses proptech and cross-departmental expertise to deliver practical, commercially focused solutions.

• 2–5 years PQE in commercial real estate at a law firm with a Tier 1/Tier 2 ranked practice
• Strong academic record and excellent drafting skills
• Solid technical property knowledge, analytical ability and attention to detail
• Strong communication and client-care skills; commercial mindset and interest in business development
