The role involves advising on executive compensation and benefits matters for public and private companies and alternative asset managers, with work supporting M&A, corporate governance and capital markets matters.
The team looks for candidates with strong credentials, excellent drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to manage client relationships and collaborate across practice groups.
Compensation: base salary range stated for associates is $225,000 to $435,000 depending on class year.
- 3–5 years' specialist executive compensation and employee benefits experience
- Experience advising public and private companies and alternative asset managers
- Experience supporting M&A, corporate governance and capital markets matters
- Admitted to the New York Bar
- Excellent academic and writing credentials
