Seeking an associate to join a busy insurance coverage group in Miami. The team represents insurers in complex coverage and market-conduct (bad faith) litigation across the United States, covering commercial general liability, commercial property (including business interruption and pollution), E&O and D&O matters.

Day-to-day work includes drafting coverage opinions and pleadings, conducting legal research, preparing discovery, reviewing documents for litigation, and participating in depositions, hearings and mediations. The group offers hybrid working and structured training and mentoring.

  • Admitted to practice in Florida
  • Minimum 2 years of litigation experience
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills (Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis experience)
  • Strong academic credentials (Law Review and/or honors preferred)
