Associate, Private Equity / M&A, Sydney

Senior‑junior associate role in a leading international private equity and M&A practice based in Sydney. You will work on complex, high‑value private equity deals, public and private M&A, growth capital and general corporate advisory matters for top‑tier sponsors and corporate clients.

The role offers early responsibility, direct client exposure and the chance to develop technical drafting and transactional skills within a collaborative team. Strong mentoring, formal training and clear progression pathways are provided.

• 3–4 years post‑qualification experience in Corporate / M&A, with exposure to private equity transactions
• Excellent transactional drafting and technical skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver to tight deadlines
• Commercial mindset, strong communication skills and client focus
• Team player who takes ownership and works proactively to solve issues
