Senior associate or mid-level associate opportunity within a well-regarded London residential and secured lending team. The role covers full-spectrum residential property work including conveyancing, sales and purchases, management matters and property finance acting for lenders on obtaining security and refinancing.

Work will be varied and can be complex, frequently involving tax/structuring points and cross-jurisdictional elements. The team is client-facing and rankings-led, offering exposure to high-quality private bank and high-net-worth work.

Experience in residential property and secured lending (conveyancing, lender security and refinancing)
Technical knowledge commensurate with experience and strong drafting skills
Excellent client-facing and communication skills; ability to explain issues clearly and pitch advice to client needs
Proven ability to manage a varied, high-volume workload and meet tight timescales
Commercial, pragmatic approach and enthusiasm for business development and networking
Minimum 2:1 degree and completed training contract (city or mid-sized firm with residential conveyancing experience preferred)
