Capital Markets Associate — Los Angeles

Leading national capital markets team seeks a mid-level Associate to join its Los Angeles corporate group. The role offers hands-on transaction work across U.S. and cross-border securities offerings with exposure to IPOs, equity and debt placements, Rule 144A/Reg S transactions, ATMs, SPACs, REITs and PIPEs.

You'll work with a diverse mix of issuers, underwriters and financial institutions on public and private securities matters. The team is nationally recognized and provides exposure to complex transactional work in a fast-paced environment.

• 2–6 years' securities/corporate transactional experience with significant capital markets exposure
• Admitted to the California Bar or eligible for admission
• Strong writing, drafting and interpersonal skills; ability to manage a demanding workload and accept responsibility
• Excellent academic credentials and attention to detail
