Senior Associate, Capital Markets — Los Angeles

Senior-level associate opportunity in a major US capital markets practice based in Los Angeles. The role focuses on leading and executing a broad range of equity and debt securities transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, block trades, at-the-market programs, investment-grade and high-yield debt, convertible financings and private placements.

Work will also include structuring complex and non-traditional capital markets transactions (tender and exchange offers, consent solicitations, spin-offs, recapitalizations and similar work), advising on public disclosure and corporate governance matters, and collaborating with bankers, private equity sponsors and corporate clients across industries. The team supports hybrid working and a structured mentor program for laterals.

• 3+ years post-qualification experience (senior associates; classes of ~2020 and above encouraged)
• Demonstrable capital markets / securities transaction experience — IPOs, equity and debt offerings, and related disclosure work
• Strong drafting and deal-management skills; ability to lead transactions and coordinate across teams
• Experience advising on public disclosure and corporate governance matters
• Willingness to work in-office per hybrid schedule; candidates open to relocation welcome
