Mid-Level Capital Markets Associate — Los Angeles

Leading national capital markets team is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Los Angeles office. The role offers hands-on work across IPOs, follow-on equity offerings, investment-grade and high-yield debt, convertible financings, block trades and other public and private securities transactions.

You'll advise on public disclosure and corporate governance matters, lead deal execution on complex and non‑traditional transactions, and build relationships with public and private issuers, investment banks and other market participants. The practice is highly ranked in national directories.

The firm offers an enhanced mentor program for lateral associates, a hybrid work model, a robust professional development curriculum and an active pro bono platform. The posted base salary range for this role is $260,000–$390,000, with potential eligibility for a discretionary year‑end bonus.

• 3–4 years post‑qualification experience in capital markets or securities transactions (Classes of 2020–2023)
• Substantive experience with IPOs, follow‑on offerings, block trades, at‑the‑market programs, and investment‑grade or high‑yield debt financings
• Experience advising on public disclosure and corporate governance issues
• Strong academic credentials, transactional drafting and deal‑management skills, and the ability to work across cross‑functional deal teams
