Civil Litigation Attorney — Litigation, Albuquerque

Growing national litigation practice seeks civil litigation attorneys to join its Albuquerque office. The role involves defense-side litigation across a range of matters including commercial, product liability, construction, insurance coverage, and general liability.

Candidates will work on hearings, depositions and trials where required, with opportunities for client-facing work and professional development in a collaborative team environment. The hiring practice supports mentorship and structured training.

Only candidates licensed to practice in New Mexico will be considered.

• Minimum 3 years post-qualification litigation experience
• Admitted to practice in the State of New Mexico
• Demonstrable litigation skills: strong writing, advocacy, research, and oral presentation
• Self-starter and effective team player; able to manage assignments with minimal supervision
• Trial experience preferred but not required
