The role focuses on equity and executive compensation matters across public and private transactions, including work on proxy disclosures, employment and severance agreements, and related tax issues.
Day-to-day work will include advising on IRC Sections 280G and 409A, supporting M&A and IPO transactions, and drafting client-facing documents. The team values strong writing, oral advocacy and analytical ability, and offers work spanning transactional and plan-design matters.

- 3–6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in compensation and benefits or executive compensation practice

- Excellent academic credentials plus strong drafting, communication and analytical skills
