National litigation team seeks motivated commercial litigators to join a busy commercial litigation practice. The role is based in Wilmington, DE, with hybrid working and regular national litigation matters across multiple U.S. offices.

The team handles contentious commercial disputes for a range of industry clients, with opportunities to work on significant defended claims and advisory litigation work. The firm provides formal mentoring, business-development training and internal associate support structures to help develop your practice.

• Admission to the Delaware bar required; additional state admissions a plus
• Minimum of 2 years' commercial litigation experience
• Demonstrated litigation drafting, motion practice and courtroom or hearing exposure
