Apply in confidence →National law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level attorney to join its Cyber, Privacy & Data Security and Technology Litigation practice. The role focuses on data-breach, cybersecurity and technology-related litigation, including both individual and class-action matters.
Caseload includes cutting‑edge disputes that raise novel privacy and data-security issues. The team handles matters from investigation through trial and appeals and offers flexible work arrangements, including remote and hybrid options.
- Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience with a focus on data privacy, cybersecurity, or technology disputes
- Experience with data-breach and cybersecurity class action litigation and technology/errors & omissions matters
- Familiarity with state privacy regimes (e.g., CCPA/CPRA) and related regulatory frameworks
- Strong legal research, writing and communication skills; ability to manage matters with minimal supervision
- Law firm experience preferred; CIPP/US or comparable privacy certification highly preferred
