Senior counsel role supporting an EEO/administrative-charges practice focused on defending employers before federal, state and local agencies. The attorney will handle investigations, assess risk, manage client interaction and prepare persuasive position statements and submissions to administrative agencies.

This is a non-billable-hour role with a flexible, part-time schedule and remote-work options. Candidates should be able to work independently and have recent experience producing redacted position statements; a writing sample (preferably a redacted position statement) is required with applications.

The successful candidate must reside in a state where the hiring firm maintains a physical office. Consideration will be given to candidates with backgrounds in large law firms or in-house employment defense teams.

  • Proven experience defending employment matters and handling agency charges (EEOC/state/local).
  • Extensive experience drafting position statements and investigatory reports; writing sample required (redacted position statement preferred).
  • Ability to manage client communications and develop risk-mitigation strategies.
  • Comfortable working remotely with a flexible, part-time schedule; must reside in a state with a firm office.
