Growing national law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment attorney to join its Madison office. The role will support a busy Healthcare, Life Sciences & Education practice group handling a mix of employment litigation, transactional employment matters, and day-to-day counseling and compliance work for institutional clients.

Open to candidates at the Associate level (approximately 3–7 years post-qualification) or Senior Counsel (senior-level experience preferred). The team values proactive, client-focused lawyers who exercise strong judgment, manage multiple matters, and communicate strategies clearly. 3–7 years post-qualification experience (Associate level); senior counsel candidates with greater experience also considered
Demonstrated experience across employment litigation, transactional employment matters, and day-to-day counseling/compliance
Experience advising or working with healthcare, life sciences, or education-sector clients preferred
Active Wisconsin bar license or commitment to obtain promptly
Strong academic credentials, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
