Employment Litigation Attorney — New York

Established national law firm is seeking experienced employment litigation attorneys to join its New York employment & labor practice. The role involves handling a range of employment disputes across litigation matters, working closely with a team that serves national and regional clients.

The team values persuasive written and oral advocacy, strong legal research and drafting, and the ability to manage assignments with limited supervision. Trial experience is a plus but not required.

• Minimum 3 years of employment litigation experience
• Admitted to practice in New York (New Jersey admission a plus)
• Strong litigation, research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Team player, self-starter, able to manage matters with limited supervision; trial experience preferred
