Highly regarded national firm seeks a 1st- to 2nd-year associate for its Employment & Labor practice in the New York office. The role combines day-to-day employment counseling for employer clients, litigation work, and support on employment aspects of M&A transactions.

The team advises clients across multiple U.S. jurisdictions, including matters involving New York and Florida law. The firm offers a full benefits package, parental leave and fertility benefits, and standard paid time off.

• 1–2 years post-qualification experience in employment law (counseling and litigation)
• Experience or interest supporting employment issues in M&A transactions
• Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible and willing to seek Florida admission
