Employment & Labor Associate — New York

Seeking a 1–2 year associate to join a busy Employment & Labor group in the firm's New York office. The role blends counseling and litigation work, with significant day-to-day employment advice for clients and support on M&A-related employment matters.

The successful candidate will work across matters for clients in New York and other U.S. jurisdictions, including Florida, and will participate in both transactional and contentious workstreams.

• 1–2 years post-qualification experience in employment law, including counseling and litigation
• Strong writing, communication and client-counseling skills
• Experience or interest in employment aspects of M&A transactions
• Admitted to the Florida Bar, or eligible and willing to seek admission
