Senior partner hire to lead and expand an established employment and labor practice in the Baltimore office. The role will combine high‑level client work on complex labor and employment matters with responsibility for originating and managing client relationships.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role within the team, advising on executive compensation and benefits matters as well as traditional labor and employment disputes and counseling. This is an opportunity to shape strategy, grow the practice locally and nationally, and work on sophisticated, high‑value matters for corporate clients.

  • Proven partner‑level experience in labor and employment law, including executive compensation and benefits matters
  • Track record of originating and developing client relationships and leading teams
  • Admission to the relevant state bar and authorization to practice in the U.S.
  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
