Experienced employment litigation associate opportunity with a national labor & employment practice. The role focuses on defending employers in a range of workplace matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour, non-compete and related claims, as well as handling agency charges and class/collective actions.

Responsibilities include courtroom and administrative representation, counseling and training employer clients, and managing matters through pleadings, discovery, mediation and arbitration. The position requires collaboration across teams in a fast-paced practice delivering practical, business-oriented advice to employer clients.

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academics
  • 3+ years of litigation experience; employment/labor litigation experience strongly preferred
  • Active IN bar admission in good standing
  • Familiarity with state and federal agency procedures and employment statutes
  • Strong written and oral advocacy, organizational and project-management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple matters and work collaboratively in a team environment
