We are seeking a mid‑level employment litigation associate to join a national, company‑side labor & employment practice in Indianapolis. The role focuses on representing employers in restrictive covenant, trade secret and related employment litigation, with frequent client contact and opportunities to take lead roles on matters.

Typical responsibilities include legal research and drafting (memoranda, motions, pleadings), managing discovery and e‑discovery, taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences, conducting investigations, and preparing employment‑related agreements and position papers. The team emphasizes client service, professional development, and mentoring within a collegial, team‑oriented environment.

Mid‑level litigation experience in employment or business/commercial litigation (company‑side preferred)
Strong drafting and legal research skills; experience preparing motions and dispositive pleadings
Practical experience with discovery and e‑discovery, and with depositions
Excellent communication, organization, and client‑facing skills; ability to work collaboratively
