National employment-defense firm is hiring an Employment Litigation Associate to join its New Orleans office. The role focuses on defending employers in a broad range of employment-related litigation and administrative matters, with a strong emphasis on OSHA work.

Responsibilities include litigating and defending discrimination, retaliation, contract and tort claims, handling agency charges and class/collective matters, representing clients at hearings, mediations and arbitrations, and counseling employers on employment law compliance. This role offers collaboration with a national practice team and opportunities to develop a specialty OSHA practice.

J.D. from an accredited law school
3+ years litigation experience; employment law experience preferred
Admission to the Louisiana bar
Experience in federal court litigation required
OSHA experience preferred or strong interest in practicing in OSHA
Strong written and oral communication, organization, and project-management skills
Ability to work collaboratively on team-based matters
