Experienced employment lawyer sought to advise and defend employers on workplace safety and health matters under federal and state OSHA standards. The role focuses on counseling clients on compliance, developing policies and training, managing outside counsel and vendors, and supporting broader labor & employment issues as needed.

Responsibilities include handling OSHA-related litigation and investigations, representing clients in negotiations and mediations, providing crisis response for workplace safety incidents, and engaging with regulatory agencies to influence and interpret policy.

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Minimum 3 years of employment litigation experience; OSHA experience required
  • Admission to practice in the state where the associate will be based (Louisiana for New Orleans)
  • Strong written and oral communication, organizational and project-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
