ERISA Associate — Employment & Labor — New Orleans

Experienced ERISA associate sought for a busy employer-side employment & labor team in New Orleans. The role focuses on defending and litigating a range of employee benefits and ERISA claims, with an emphasis on single-plaintiff ERISA matters.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on federal court litigation experience, familiarity with complex e-discovery, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a hybrid work environment. The team values professionalism, collegiality and strong client-focused drafting and advocacy skills.

• JD from an accredited law school
• 3+ years' post-qualification experience in ERISA, employee benefits, class or other sophisticated litigation
• Admission to the Louisiana bar
• Federal court litigation experience and ERISA or complex commercial litigation experience preferred
• Experience with complex e-discovery preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication, strong organization, time management, and project-management skills
