Finance Associate

We are seeking mid-to-senior level associates with sponsor or lender side finance experience to join a leading finance and banking practice.

The successful candidate will have experience at a peer firm representing lenders (including investment and commercial banks, business development companies, and other debt financing providers) and/or borrowers (including private equity sponsors) in sophisticated financings for acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, special situations, and other corporate finance transactions.

The role is open across multiple offices, offering flexibility and exposure to a broad range of high-profile finance matters.

• Mid-to-senior level associate with finance experience
• Experience at a peer firm representing lenders and/or borrowers in complex financings
• Background in acquisition finance, buyouts, restructurings, or special situations
• Strong academic credentials and deal experience
