We are looking to add mid-to-senior level associates to a dynamic finance and banking practice with a focus on lending and sophisticated debt financing transactions. The team represents both lenders and borrowers across a broad range of complex financings.

Associates in this group work on acquisition financings, buyouts, restructurings, special situations and other corporate finance matters, often in deal teams alongside private equity sponsors, investment and commercial banks, business development companies and other debt providers.

This role is open across multiple offices, offering flexibility for the right candidate to be based in a major market on the West Coast, East Coast, Texas or the Midwest.

Mid-to-senior level associate with finance experience.
Sponsor- or lender-side lending experience at a peer firm.
Experience representing lenders (investment and commercial banks, business development companies or other debt providers) and/or borrowers, including private equity sponsors.
Track record on sophisticated financings for acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings and special situations.
