We are seeking mid-level to senior associates with sponsor or lender-side finance experience to join a dynamic finance practice. The ideal candidate will have experience at a peer firm representing lenders (including investment and commercial banks, business development companies, and other debt financing providers) and/or borrowers (including private equity sponsors) in sophisticated financings for acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, special situations, and other corporate finance transactions.

This position can be based in New York, Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Palo Alto, or San Francisco.
