Capital markets team in Beijing is hiring junior Foreign Legal Consultants to support transactional and verification work across securities matters. The role will primarily assist with target public company due diligence (TPDD), document verification and related project support for cross-border capital markets transactions.

Ideal candidates hold a law degree from a reputable Chinese university, are newly qualified or recent graduates (prior firm experience welcomed), and demonstrate strong written and verbal skills in both Chinese and English. The position offers exposure to complex securities work and collaboration with senior capital markets lawyers on a range of offerings and listings.

Law degree from a recognized university in China
Fluent in Chinese and English (reading, drafting and oral communication)
Newly qualified or recent graduate; prior law firm experience an advantage
Interest or some exposure to capital markets, IPOs and securities due diligence
Strong attention to detail, research and document review skills
