A recognized insurance practice is seeking an associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its global insurance department, working from its South Florida offices. The group represents major domestic and foreign insurers on a worldwide basis and is widely regarded as a leader in insurance law.

The role involves litigating personal injury and liability disputes, handling insurance coverage matters, and advising on a broad range of insurance-related claims. Associates work directly on depositions, court conferences and hearings, coverage opinions, and motion practice, with substantial hands-on responsibility.

Candidates should bring strong legal research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials. Deposition and trial experience is preferred but not essential.

3–5 years of insurance coverage and defense experience
Experience litigating personal injury and liability disputes
Handling insurance coverage matters and a broad range of insurance-related claims
Deposition experience
Attendance at court conferences and hearings
Drafting coverage opinions
Drafting and arguing motions
Strong legal research and writing skills; excellent academic credentials
Admission to the Florida Bar
Deposition and trial experience preferred, but not essential
