Short-term consulting opportunities for experienced construction and projects lawyers to join a UAE panel advising on large-scale infrastructure, energy and major project work. Assignments are typically interim (contract, secondment or fractional) and often run across Abu Dhabi and Dubai, supporting projects from inception and financing through delivery and dispute resolution.

This role suits candidates with front‑end and back‑end construction/project experience across sectors such as transport, power, renewables, oil & gas and maritime logistics. The position offers exposure to high‑profile, complex developments and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and international lenders.

Minimum 5+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) with experience in construction/project work
Proven experience on large infrastructure, energy or major projects (EPC, PPP, project documentation)
Project finance and project development experience desirable; comfortable with complex deal documentation and commercial negotiation
Middle East experience advantageous; Arabic language skills a plus
Current practising certificate or equivalent for your jurisdiction
