Interim legal consultant roles supporting corporate and commercial matters across the United Arab Emirates. Assignments are typically full‑time contracts (commonly six months, with some shorter engagements) embedded within in‑house teams or seconded to clients across sectors including conglomerates, sovereign wealth investors, and financial services groups.

Work will focus on transactional and commercial contracts work (supply/distribution, joint ventures, licences and outsourcing), M&A and corporate finance matters, and corporate governance and restructuring support. Roles require close collaboration with business stakeholders and external advisers on cross‑border matters.

Minimum 4 years' post‑qualification experience in corporate/commercial law
Proven experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and/or handling M&A and corporate finance transactions
Experience advising on multi‑jurisdictional matters; prior exposure to the UAE or wider Middle East market preferred
Familiarity with DIFC/ADGM frameworks and experience working with in‑house teams or on secondment is advantageous
