National law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its IP litigation team focusing on life sciences and ANDA matters. The role involves active participation in complex patent litigation across U.S. District Courts and post-grant proceedings before the PTAB.

Successful candidates will take depositions, appear in court, work directly with clients and opposing counsel, and contribute to overall case strategy. The team handles all phases of litigation from pleadings and discovery through trial preparation and post-trial work.

2–6 years of patent litigation experience with ANDA or other life sciences matters
Experience in U.S. District Court and post-grant proceedings (PTAB)
Demonstrated courtroom and deposition experience (taking depositions and court appearances)
Strong legal research and writing skills; experience drafting pleadings, discovery, claim construction, and dispositive motions
Comfortable managing client communications and working collaboratively on case strategy
Undergraduate or master’s degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related life sciences preferred
