The role supports expansion, global workforce management, and employment aspects of transactions and restructurings, working on cross-border, multi-disciplinary projects.
This junior-level position can be based in Chicago, San Francisco, or Palo Alto and involves counseling multinational clients, supporting transactional work, and collaborating with culturally diverse global teams. Recent graduates with relevant coursework or experience are encouraged to apply.
- 0–2 years post-qualification experience in employment/labor law (recent graduates welcome)
- Some employment counseling experience and some transactional (M&A) exposure preferred
- Familiarity with international or cross-border employment issues
- Strong academic record, excellent writing, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in global, culturally diverse teams
- Admission to and good standing with the state bar where based (or proof of intent to sit for the bar, if a recent graduate)
