The team handles complex employment litigation and counseling for a broad range of employer clients and is looking for an experienced associate to take significant responsibility on matters and help grow the practice.
Ideal candidates will take a lead role on litigation (including depositions and court appearances), manage client relationships, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to business development. The role offers a hybrid working model and a full professional benefits package.
- 4–7 years of employment law experience (PQE)
- Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills
- Experience in employment litigation — depositions, court appearances, dispositive briefing
- Experience with single-plaintiff and class/collective actions, including wage & hour matters
- Client counseling experience on employment compliance (policies, handbooks, leaves, discipline) and drafting separation/offer/arbitration agreements preferred
- Ability to supervise junior associates and manage client relationships; federal clerkship and labor diligence on M&A deals are a plus
