Growing Labor & Employment litigation team seeks an associate with 2–5 years of experience to handle class action and individual employment disputes in the Seattle office. The role involves all phases of litigation and administrative-charge work, including drafting position statements, discovery, depositions, motions practice, and preparation for arbitration and trial.

Responsibilities include researching federal, state, and local employment laws, developing case strategy, and, depending on experience, counseling HR and business leaders on compliance and drafting employment agreements. The team offers mentor support and opportunities for courtroom and client-facing work.

2–5 years of labor & employment litigation experience (class actions and single-plaintiff matters preferred)
Strong research and writing skills; experience with discovery, depositions, and motion drafting
Demonstrated interest in courtroom advocacy and public speaking
Excellent attention to detail and academic credentials
