We are seeking an OSHA-focused employment & labor associate to join a large national labor & employment practice in Seattle. The role centers on advising and defending employer clients on workplace safety and health matters under federal and state OSHA law, with responsibility for litigation, administrative defense, and crisis response.

Typical matters include OSHA investigations and hearings, related discrimination and workplace-safety litigation, regulatory counseling, and trainings and policies to help clients manage risk. The role will involve collaborating with internal teams and managing outside counsel or vendors as needed.

This position operates in a hybrid work model and will work closely with experienced labor & employment lawyers across the firm’s national platform.

  • J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school
  • 3+ years of employment litigation experience; OSHA experience required
  • Admission to the Washington bar (or ability to be admitted)
  • Strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills; experience with regulatory agency proceedings
  • Ability to manage multiple matters, work collaboratively, and provide client-facing counsel
