Labor Transactions Associate — New York

Growing labor transactions team in New York is seeking an associate with 1–3 years’ experience to support labor and employment work on complex corporate and financing transactions. The role offers substantive deal exposure and collaboration with broader transactional teams on diligence, structuring and workforce‑related risk management.

Work will include employment-related diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction provisions, and advising on issues involving unionized and non‑union workforces, collective bargaining, WARN Act considerations, executive compensation and integration planning. The role is office‑based in New York.

• 1–3 years of PQE advising on labor/employment aspects of M&A, private equity, restructurings or other transactional matters.
• Admission to and good standing with the state bar where the associate will practice.
• Experience conducting employment diligence, drafting/negotiating transaction provisions, and advising on workforce integration and regulatory considerations.
• Familiarity with collective bargaining agreements, labor relations and WARN Act issues preferred; strong teamwork and client‑service orientation required.
• Available to work in person in the New York office and to comply with firm employment policies.
