Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring — Miami

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a creditor/debtor-focused bankruptcy and restructuring practice in the firm's Miami office. The role will involve originating and managing high-value insolvency, restructuring and creditor-rights matters across domestic chapter and out-of-court restructurings.

Ideal candidates will be experienced front-line partners who can run complex restructurings, manage teams, and cultivate relationships with lenders, trustees, and other restructuring stakeholders. The position offers opportunity to build a market-leading practice within an established international firm platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights work
• Proven track record of originating and leading complex restructurings and insolvency litigation
• Ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers and build client relationships
