Leading national litigation and restructuring practice seeks an experienced partner to help grow a busy bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring platform in Miami. The role will blend high-stakes bankruptcy litigation with chapter 11 restructuring and related transactional work.

Ideal candidate will take a senior position within an established team, developing business, supervising associates, and advising debtors, creditors, and committees on complex insolvency matters. This is a growth-oriented hire with significant opportunity to expand regional market presence.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring matters, including contested litigation and chapter 11 cases
• Track record of originating and expanding client relationships and managing teams on complex matters
