Lateral Partner — Construction & Real Estate Litigation, Weirton

Senior litigation partner role to lead and expand a construction and real estate disputes practice from the firm's Weirton office. The role combines complex commercial and construction litigation work with responsibility for supervising a small litigation team and supporting regional client relationships.

Successful candidates will handle all stages of litigation and dispute resolution, appear in court as needed, and take a lead role on client development and matter strategy. This is a visible, business-driving position with expectations for practice growth and cross-practice collaboration.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in construction and/or real estate litigation
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships and growing revenue
• Strong trial and motion practice, plus experience supervising associates and support staff
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission promptly
