Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor, Weirton

Experienced employment-litigation partner sought to lead and grow an established Labor & Employment practice in the firm s Weirton office. The role focuses on complex workplace litigation, counsel to employers, and courtroom advocacy across state and federal matters.

The partner will handle trial and litigation strategy, mentor junior lawyers, and take a leading role in business development to expand the office s client base. The appointment offers significant autonomy to build a regional practice within a national platform.

• Substantial experience in employment litigation and trial work
• Proven business development track record and client relationship skills
