Partner — Litigation & Employment, Weirton

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a litigation and labor & employment practice in the Weirton office. The role focuses on commercial litigation, employment disputes, professional liability, healthcare-related matters and construction litigation for private and corporate clients.

The partner will manage client relationships, supervise associates, and develop business in the region. This is an opportunity to join a national firm platform while maintaining a local practice presence.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven record of commercial litigation and employment law experience, including courtroom/trial exposure
• Experience handling professional liability, healthcare and construction matters
• Ability to originate and grow client relationships and lead a team
