Lateral Partner, Healthcare & Litigation — Weirton

Seeking a partner-level litigator to lead and develop a healthcare and life sciences litigation practice in the firm's Weirton office. The role is client-facing and will handle complex contested matters across the healthcare sector, including counseling healthcare providers and entities on litigation exposure and regulatory intersections.

The successful candidate will join an established litigation platform and work collaboratively with national teams on cross-jurisdictional matters. This is an opportunity to build regional presence while leveraging broader firm resources.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Admission to practice in the relevant state(s) and active trial experience in healthcare-related litigation
• Demonstrated client development track record in healthcare or life sciences
• Experience supervising associates and managing complex case teams
