Senior partner hire to lead and grow a busy corporate practice focused on M&A, private equity and capital markets work, with strong capability in technology and life sciences sectors. The role will also collaborate closely with IP and litigation teams on transaction-related and contested matters.

Seeking a partner with an established client base and experience originating and managing complex cross-border deals and capital markets transactions. The position offers a leadership opportunity in a large, multidisciplinary practice group and requires a commercially minded adviser comfortable working with clients across sectors.

Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Proven track record in M&A and private equity transactions, including sponsor-side work
Significant experience on capital markets transactions (issuer-side experience a plus)
Experience advising technology, life sciences or financial services clients preferred
Ability to collaborate with IP and litigation teams on transactional and dispute-related matters
